If you are disabled and you have an assistance dog, you are exempt from the dog charge. Please do not opt for the dog when booking to avoid the charge.

All the cottages are fed by heating oil and the boilers’ thermostats are set with schedules and temperatures throughout the year depending on the weather. Please do not change the settings/dials on the boilers. If in doubt, please contact us.

Yes, after booking we will provide the full postal address to schedule a shopping delivery.

Booking

You will be asked to pay a deposit if more than 8 weeks away from the chosen arrival date. Otherwise you will be asked to pay in full. The payment will be held temporarily and not debited until we approve the booking which tends to be within 24 hours of your booking request. 

Yes, if we have availability and you provide 56 days notice. We will refund or charge you the difference in price from the original dates to the new dates. 

We hold a £300 deposit per stay for all of the cottages. This will be refunded to you automatically 2 weeks after your stay. We use Stripe to handle our payments and they take up to 5 days to process the refund, resulting in up to 19 days before the deposit reaches your account.
